’76 Bronco

Richard and Aaron take on the ultimate 4x4 hot rod – a ’76 Bronco. Unfortunately, runaway rust issues make this project budget-buster. Needing cash fast, Richard hits the road in search of a quick flip. He and Aaron find two Pontiacs, a ’55 Chieftain and a ’40 sedan, at a local estate sale. Richard also snaps up an F-100 truck that he finds by the side of the road. If he can sell those cars, he just might be able to raise enough cash to offset the Bronco’s spiraling costs. Richard and Aaron host a retrospective of the best and funniest moments from the first year of “Fast ‘N’ Loud’. The show spotlights the best car buys, sales, burnouts, visits with Sue, hijinks in the garage, and much more, with an emphasis on never-aired footage, outtakes, and wall-to-wall comedy. Surprise appearances by some of GMG’s most memorable customers add to the fun. But the real star of the show is the Top Five Builds, a salute to the five cars picked by Richard and Aaron as their favorite and most challenging.

When Richard and his pal Dennis invest in a wrecked Ferrari F-40, Gas Monkey garage embarks on the riskiest -- and most expensive -- build in its history. To help cover costs, Richard tries to flip a big old bus once used by Grateful Dead fans to follow the band on tour, and attempts to unload his ’58 Corvette on a tough customer from California.

When Richard gets a deal from the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa, OK, to build a ’55 Pink Caddy for a 100 grand, it all seems like a sweet deal. Until the monkeys relay that they may not be able to build the car in time for the Casino’s tight deadline, in which Richard could lose 10K each day pass the deadline. Meanwhile, Richard invests in one of the biggest marketing gambles of his life, sponsoring and NHRA team for a 100K.
