Ashley's nemesis Tressa returns to sell the Rolex that got her fired. The Golds discover she never actually paid for it and devise a clever plan to get it back. But when Tressa throws the mother of all insults at Ashley, not even Les can stop her from flying over the counter.

Les sends a troop of employees to the new store. Short-staffed and overworked, Seth and the crew are faced with mobs of angry customers. Amidst the storm of chaos, a couple brings in one of the strangest objects the Golds have ever seen. Les is interested, but only if he can convince someone to climb inside the contraption and see if it works. And later, Seth blames Les for the short-staffed disaster and sets off an all out war between father and son.

Les discovers someone has broken into one of the backrooms and begins a full scale manhunt. Meanwhile, a customer tries to sell a guitar signed by Kid Rock and reveals a tightly guarded secret that has Rich seeing a pile of cash. And later, Les finds out who broke into the backroom and goes off on a tirade that could send one employee through the front door... head first.

Les and Seth go ballistic when they discover loans are down for the first time in history. Amidst the chaos, a woman brings in home-grown, pharmaceutical grade merchandise that makes Les' head spin. But later, when Les and Seth discover Ashley is to blame for their cash crisis, it sets off an all out war that puts big sister's head on the chopping block.

Ashley comes out from behind the security glass to confront a menacing customer head-on. Then, rare Nirvana memorabilia has Seth and Rich seeing dollar signs, but will the nostalgia cause them to spend too much? And later, a customer gets robbed in the store and demands to see the security tapes. But when the Golds refuse, he makes a threat that forces the family to take him down.
