Ashley faces danger head-on when a riled-up customer refuses to leave the store. Unwilling to fail in his father's eyes, Seth takes Rich on in a face-to-face confrontation with neither man willing to back down.

Amidst a crushing wall of pressure from Les, customers that have fully lost their minds and fierce sibling rivalry, the chaos mounts to a breaking point. But when the dust settles and the cash is counted, Les delivers devastating news that rocks his family and staff to the core.

With Les' threat of opening another store looming in the air, Seth and Ashley must band together to convince him otherwise. Then, a customer looks for fast cash by trying to sell his prosthetic eye. And later, when Les suddenly reveals he's found the location for the new store, Seth and Ashley go through the roof. But just when things seem to have settled down, Les does something that will change the family dynamic forever.

Then, a string of problems in the warehouse causes the battle between father and son to worsen. The issue in the warehouse is bleeding them dry, but when Les drops the ball on the situation, Seth steps over his father and begins to craft a takeover.

Les discovers Seth's plan to change the business structure and goes behind his back to confront the employees head-on. Seth is flying high from his newfound taste of power. But when he discovers that his father derailed his master plan, it leads to a stand-off between father and son that could mean a new competitor for Les.

Tensions are at an all time high following Seth's stand-off with Les. The chaos that has been created in the store makes for bad blood and worse business. And as both father and son jockey for power, Ashley stages an intervention that blows up in her face.

Seth must prove his worth after Les hands him the keys to the kingdom. Business heats up, customers unravel and all eyes are on Seth. With so much on the line, will he be able to handle the pressure?
