And later, Seth's new hire makes a colossal mistake that puts Seth in the crosshairs.

A storm threatens to knock out the store's power. With piles of cash at risk, Seth scrambles to create a battle plan only to be shot down by his father's old-school philosophy that insists "everything will be ok." In the midst of an already chaotic day, their worst fears are realized. And when the lights go down, the Golds find themselves in the middle of a do-or-die situation.

Then, a string of problems in the warehouse causes the battle between father and son to worsen. The issue in the warehouse is bleeding them dry, but when Les drops the ball on the situation, Seth steps over his father and begins to craft a takeover.

Les discovers Seth's plan to change the business structure and goes behind his back to confront the employees head-on. Seth is flying high from his newfound taste of power. But when he discovers that his father derailed his master plan, it leads to a stand-off between father and son that could mean a new competitor for Les.

Tensions are at an all time high following Seth's stand-off with Les. The chaos that has been created in the store makes for bad blood and worse business. And as both father and son jockey for power, Ashley stages an intervention that blows up in her face.
