At a working carriage museum in Derbyshire, Drew inadvertently smashes an apothecary relic and later compensates by paying a premium for a pair of unusual masks. Later, a meticulous motor museum offers Drew a blast from the past.

The Cook Islands are situated about as far away from everywhere as you can possibly get; the middle of the South Pacific Ocean. Being one of the most deceptive places on the planet, this tropical paradise hides some horribly unperceivable dangers including the world’s most venomous fish, the stone fish. Les, equipped with only his scuba gear, is abandoned by his crew at sea to recreate a frightfully common occurrence; separated from your boat and left alone in the ocean waters. Utilizing a shipwreck on the beach of a small tropical island to live amongst the rats for 7 days, he uses his knowledge as a survival expert to make it through the week, alone. With a constant bombardment of tropical storms, Les must gather food, collect rain water and make his own tools, while surviving in the Cook Islands.

They meet a bunch of characters in Whitehorse, Tagish, and Dawson, and unearth a hand carved bear statue, prehistoric bison skulls, and a woolly mammoth tusk. When Scott bites the frostbitten toe, all eyes are on a queasy looking Sheldon.

Les hatches a plan to celebrate the store's 30th Anniversary. But when he drops the bomb on Seth and Ashley that they have to plan the biggest event in the business' history, everything starts to unravel. What was intended to bring the siblings together backfires, driving them even further apart. Then, in the midst of pure chaos, Les goes overboard when a customer tries selling him fake gold.

As the deadline approaches, Seth and Ashley scramble to pull their individual events together. Amidst a crushing wall of pressure from Les, customers that have fully lost their minds and fierce sibling rivalry, the chaos mounts to a breaking point. But when the dust settles and the cash is counted, Les delivers devastating news that rocks his family and staff to the core.

With Les' threat of opening another store looming in the air, Seth and Ashley must band together to convince him otherwise. Then, a customer looks for fast cash by trying to sell his prosthetic eye. And later, when Les suddenly reveals he's found the location for the new store, Seth and Ashley go through the roof. But just when things seem to have settled down, Les does something that will change the family dynamic forever.

Les reveals to Seth and Ashley whether he'll buy the new pawn shop, but his decision has bigger consequences than anyone could have imagined. Amidst the chaos, Seth challenges a customer to a competition for a vintage bubble hockey game and Ashley gets caught in the crossfire when two customers go at it in the middle of the store.

After purchasing the new store, Les discovers a bag of jewels in an old employee's desk. But all that glitters ain't gold when the employee shows up to demand his goods back. The Golds have reason to believe the jewels aren't his, but a fierce stand-off leads to a major show down in the parking lot

Seth gets schooled when a customer gives him a hard lesson in fine crystal jewelry. Then, a guy wants to buy some seriously expensive earrings. But when his terms include being pierced on premises, will the Golds take the cash or tell him to take a hike? And later, when a customer returns to claim his Xbox and refuses to pay, the confrontation becomes so intense, someone will be leaving the store for good.

Ashley's nemesis Tressa returns to sell the Rolex that got her fired. The Golds discover she never actually paid for it and devise a clever plan to get it back. But when Tressa throws the mother of all insults at Ashley, not even Les can stop her from flying over the counter.

Les sends a troop of employees to the new store. Short-staffed and overworked, Seth and the crew are faced with mobs of angry customers. Amidst the storm of chaos, a couple brings in one of the strangest objects the Golds have ever seen. Les is interested, but only if he can convince someone to climb inside the contraption and see if it works. And later, Seth blames Les for the short-staffed disaster and sets off an all out war between father and son.
